Our Process is Simple.

At Heema we simplify the build process.  We supply everything required for our homes to be move-in ready - the only thing we need from you is a foundation and services. You can either work with one of our local dealer partners to provide a turn-key solution or chose a local contractor to help with the permit submission and site works.  Either way, we will coordinate with you to ensure that your property is ready for your Heema. From there...don't blink, because we will be in and out of your property before you know it! 

Feasibility Consultation- (1-2 weeks)

Hheema will review site feasibility and provide you with the following:

• Phone Consultation with Heema Expert

• Zoning Verification

• Confirm Site Accessibility for Truck

• Overhead Crane Feasibility

• Upgrade Option Pricing

• Provide a Detailed Estimate

*Site visits are not included.

Phase 1- Permit Drawings and Engineering (4-8 weeks )

• Heema will provide architectural drawings that can be submitted for local permit approval

• Site specific engineering and site reports as required

• Heema will plot the proposed Heema on the customer supplied site plan

• Select and finalize options and upgrades

Phase 2- Permit Submission (1-6+months)

• Permit documents are submitted to the local municipality for approval

Phase 3- Sales Order – 40% Pre-Construction Payment (8-10weeks)

• Locks in next available production spot (Limited Spots Available)

• Site construction usually starts at this time

• Typically 8-10 week build time once manufacturing begins

Phase 4 -Factory Construction Complete – 50% Payment to Heema (1 week)

• Required prior to shipping of Heema

• Heema is sent by truck to your location

• Storage fee extra if required

Phase 5- Installation – Final 10% (held in trust) (4-6 weeks including site work/occupancy)

• Heema sends their technician to location to perform install on client foundation

• Final utility connections are completed by on-site contractor

• Landings, decks and landscaping are completed by on-site contractor

• A Heema representative will help you select an available production spot

• 5% deposit of home sale price will be required to secure a production spot (dates confirmed upon receipt of deposit)

• Additional 35% due 60 days prior to production spot to confirm manufacture date

• If you miss the deadline you will be bumped to the next available production spot

• 30 day storage option of your home at our facility, subject to available space

• Refundable if permits are denied (processing fees may apply)
